School administrators can easily invite employer partners to sign up for JobGenius.org and post relevant job listings that are pushed to iGrad's job search tool for free – only for students at your school.

Introducing JobGenius.org
Several of our school partners reached out to us, looking for a better way to connect their students and recent graduates with job opportunities uniquely suited for them.
iGrad's Job Genius already makes millions of internship and job opportunities available to students on the iGrad Platform, but some schools wanted to post their own jobs, while other schools wanted to allow employers in their community to post jobs specifically for their students.
Our Product Team met with school administrators and students, analyzed their needs, and with their insight built JobGenius.org.
Adding Jobs To iGrad's Job Genius
On JobGenius.org, school administrators can post jobs that are specifically for students at their school.
These jobs are pushed to their branded, customized version of the iGrad Platform and are highlighted for easy discovery by students and recent graduates.
In addition, school administrators can share a unique school link, to invite their employer partners to join JobGenius.org.
Employers can then post job opportunities which are specifically suited for students at the school they have a relationship with.
Real-time Reports On Job Searches, Views and Applications
iGrad's robust back-end reporting that is available for our school partners has also been updated to provide greater insight into job search trends among students and recent graduates. Some of the report capabilities include:
- Popular jobs and locations being searched for
- Most viewed jobs
- Most applied for jobs
- Job search activity at individual, student level
